Dr. Peeden has been with KPA since 1988.
He practiced at Pediatrics East Inc., Memphis, TN from 1984-1988 and was a Major in the United States Air Force Medical Corps (USAF M.C.). Dr. Peeden earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in 1972 and his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, in 1975. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and the American Board of Medical Genetics. He is an American Academy of Pediatrics Fellow, a member of the Knoxville Academy of Medicine and the Tennessee Medical Association. Dr. Peeden is a Founding Fellow of the American College of Medical Genetics-Birth Defects. Dr. Peeden is married to Dr. Paula Peeden and has three children. He loves to read and sponsors an annual reading contest in his office. "Dr.Peeden's Summer Reading Contest," encourages children of all ages to read. Everyone is a winner and every participant receives a book!
